The name here says it all....
"This was easy shawl". What a wonderfully simple knit this is. Easy going stockinette and garter stitches with eyelets growing the the shawl along the edges worked from the top down.
The yarn actually does it all, as it is perfectly arranged from the color to the texture and weight changes, one single Lightly skein will create this light weight crescent shaped shawl.
The blocked measurements are 14.5" in middle height and 84" along the bottom edge. The pattern is fully written.

- US 11 (8 mm) circular needle 36" (91 cm) in length.
- Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Gauge: 9 sts and 15 rows in 4" of stockinette stitch in sport weight yarn.
Techniques applied: Knitting, purling, increases, eyelets, stretchy bind off, weaving in ends and blocking. (TIP) I block my non wool yarns with a steam iron set to proper temp and when I have fuzzy fibers in my project like in this one, I use a handkerchief or thin dish cloth between my iron and my knits.
Enjoy your project!
