The new Gil sweater
A raglan sweater knitted from the top down. A mercerized cotton is used for the neckline, ribbed bottom and the slits in the sleeves. The fit is comfortably oversized. The body grows a bit more just under the armhole and again in the back only towards the bottom, to give you just a bit extra room.
The pattern is fully written for sizes ranging from 34/36”, (38/40”, 42/44” 46/48”), 50” with a positive ease of 21” to 30” at bottom hem, depending on size worked into pattern when gauge is reached. See the sizing chart in the photos.
