When wearing yourVote beanie, you may inspire someone else to vote. Wouldn't that be great!

This beanie is knitted in the round, showing off a simple stranded knitting method depicting your vote going into a ballot box and of course the letters spelling out Vote in a slanted grouping. There are two crown styles, so you get to choose your favorite version.

The pattern is entirely written and also offers a chart for the stranded motif. There is also a video explaining how to carry the floats in the back for a neater inside.

Two sizes to knit, a small and a large size.  Small: 21" in ribbed circumference and 7.5" in height. Large:  23.5" in ribbed circumference and 9" in height. The pattern gives you the option where to make yours a longer style.

Voting is a precious gift, not everyone gets to do it. So be sure that you are registered and please cast your vote this November. It is extremely critical this time around if we want to preserve Democracy and the Constitution as it was written.

Knit kits include

  • 2/3 skeins of Allero, a DK, light worsted yarn in a 50/50 cotton/acrylic. 154 yards/50 grams a skein in two colors. I like washable yarns for hats and this one is washable in the gentle or delicate cycle, a good idea is to place the knit into garment bag or pillow case.
  • A mini skein of 3 yards, same yarn in a third color always in the darker blue for the ballot box. No need to buy a 3rd or 4th full skeins....
  • A FREE heart shaped shawl pin just because...
  • The printed pattern and emailed PDF file.
  • Al packaged in a convenient project bag.

Beanie Hat

I enjoy the yarn more than I expected - I am a natural fiber snob, I admit it .
I love the sentiment and am looking forward to wearing the hat in these next Important weeks
