Who doesn't like a warm scarf in the winter and if there is a matching hat, even better. The yarn used here in the Upshaw hat and scarf is wonderfully soft and a joy to knit with. It is of course a vegan knit, as all our yarns are wool free but you think it's wool with all those slight imperfections added. It's a chunky yarn, so your projects grow quickly.

The hat can be knitted in two sizes, a medium and a large size with one cake, the scarf takes two cakes. So you have three choices here. The scarf, a one size is 82" long and 10.5" in width. Both are left unblocked on purpose, so the scarf rolls up, looking and feeling casual. Of course you could block it to flatten it out.
