The cowl is worked in the round from the top down in various colors and yarn weights with pretty eyelets, plain knitting and a beautiful lace bottom border. Written pattern with lace chart. Measurements blocked: Neckline 34” circumference, Border circumference 64”, Height 12”.

Notions needed

US size 10 (6 mm) circular needle 16” (41 cm) in length.

US size 11 (8 mm) circular needle 32” (81 cm) in length.

1 Stitch marker

Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Gauge: 6 sts per inch and 12 rows in 2” with size 10 needle in Stockinette stitch in spot weight yarn.
Techniques used: Knitting in the round, eyelets, lace knitting, changing colors and yarn weights, stretchy bind off.
