Gradient Cake Cowl
Of course we all have seen the cowls and shawls created from gradient knit kits. They are so lovely, aren't they? Do you have a yarn stash? This will be the perfect project to use some of your pretty little leftovers!
Help is given if you knit this from stash as to where you should switch your yarn. Knitted bottom up and in the round starting with a bit of an intriguing lace stitch that makes for a very pretty border, followed by one more simple lace section, otherwise all just knitted straight up. Cowl can be worn with either end up or down.
A chart is provided for the lace sections.
I have made Gradient Yarn Cakes available to simplify the experience. Essentially there is no joining yarn, no deciding when to change yarns, no weaving in more then the beginning and the end thread.... Marvelous, right? See LINK
