The Flowers abound cowl. Knitted in the round with two colors of our new Allero yarn which has great stitch definition. The flower pattern is accomplished with a simple stranded knitting method using two colors throughout, painting a pretty picture, growing all around.....
The pattern is fully written and also offers a chart.
The blocked size measures 26" in circumference and 13" in height. The kit has enough yarn to make it about 2" longer if you like, by repeating rows 1 to 11 of the flower pattern.
Yarn needed
- Allero yarn, a light worsted weight in a 50/50 cotton and acrylic blend yarn. 154 yards/50 grams a skein. C1- Two skeins in main color. C2- One skein for the flower motif. Get one of the knit kits HERE.

Notions needed
- US size 5/3.75 mm circular needle, 16"/41 cm in length.
- Stitch markers, one distinct beginning of round marker and 6 to separate the stitch repeats.
- Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Gauge: 22 sts and 22 rows in 4" of stockinette stitch.
Techniques applied: Knitting and purling in the round, stranded knitting, Casting on and binding off with two colors held together, weaving in ends and blocking.
