The new Ferrer is an elegant rectangular shaped shawl, though it does have an added triangular tip in the middle. It is knitted with two very sleek yarns held together throughout. One is a hand dyed bamboo, the other a smooth cotton/bamboo blend. You can see in the close up photos how special the color play is and each combination blends for an absolutely lovely effect~
The shawl is knitted sideways showing off a striking lace pattern, flanked by a garter edge and the middle of the shawl grows on one side with a garter stitch triangle, which adds a lovely accented tip, to invoke a hint of a triangular shape.
Two yarns in soft bamboos and a touch of cotton are held together throughout to create this beauty. Both have a hint of sheen added for a truly luxurious look and feel.
The unblocked size measures 59" in length 17" in height with a middle tip of 24".
The pattern is fully written and also offers a chart for the lace pattern.
