Can you feel the energy here?
The new "Energy" shawl is knitted with our wonderfully textured Stipple skeins. The rectangle starts out at the bottom with a two color check design, moves on with two individual blocks of color and up to a fun stripe section. The shawl ends with a ribbed top band and a two color bind off. The knitting is easy, what I call TV knitting....
The blocked shawl measures 43" in length and 11" in height. The pattern is entirely written.
Knit kits include
- Two skeins of our new Stipple yarn. Each skein holds a strand of a textured thick and thin cotton and a strand of smooth linen yarn. They are wound together into one convenient skein creating a fingering weight. They are wound to order.
- The printed pattern and emailed PDF file.
- All conveniently packed in a project bag.
Notions needed
- US size 10 (6 mm) circular needle 36" (91 cm) in length.
- Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Gauge: 12 sts and 19 rows in 4" of stockinette stitch, blocked.
Techniques applied: Knitting, purling, stranded knitting, color changes, binding off, weaving in ends and blocking.
