Cable along....
This shawl is definitely eye pleasing, it shows off beautiful repeating cables which interlock all along this rectangular shawl. They are framed by wonderful textures in the two seed stitch borders and a garter stitch edge on each side. The balance of the patterns is lovely and the weight of this shawl, as it has some heft to it, feels like a great hug~
The measurements unblocked as shown here are 46" in length and 18" in middle height. The knit kit has enough yarn to add almost another complete pattern repeat, if you prefer more length.
The pattern is completely written and also offers a chart for your knitting pleasure.

Notions needed
- US size 13 (9 mm) circular needle 32" (81 cm) in length.
- Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Gauge: 9 sts and 12 rows in 4" of stockinette stitch.
Techniques applied: Knitting and purling, cable knitting, binding off, weaving in ends. Blocking is optional, the sample as shown here was left unblocked.
