Antje is a wonderful smaller cowl to knit with just a single Mushy skein. It is unbelievably soft to wear and is super cozy. Your cowl will be washable, so caring for it will be easy.
The blocked size is 21" in circumference and 6" in height.
The pattern is fully written and also offers a chart and a how to video link.
The knit kits include:
- A skein of the new worsted weight super soft "Mushy" yarn. 100 yards a skein in a blend of 2 yarns. A strand of antibacterial dralon and one in a Polyamide in two either complimentary or contrasting colors are blended but left unplied to get the look as shown.
- The printed pattern and emailed PDF file.
- All packaged in a convenient project bag.
Notions used:
- US size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needle 16" (41 cm) in length
- 1 Stitch marker
- Cable needle
- Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing
Gauge: 8 sts and 12 rows in 2" of Stockinette stitch
Techniques used: Knitting in the round, cable knitting, I-cord bind off, weaving in ends and blocking for best results.
