3 Knitted Cup Cozies Collection #2
A collection of three cup cozies that will brighten anyone’s coffee/tea tumbler or mug. Adjust all cozies with the placement of the buttons. A delight to knit and great to give as gifts!! Use up your stash yarn.
Level of Expertise: Easy and advanced beginner.

Uneven rib stitch
Cable stitch
Overlapping leaf stitch
Yarn:
Softness, a worsted weight yarn by www.yarnz2GO.com. Each cozy takes approximately 45 yards.
Alternatively, a kid seta yarn in a lace weight and a sport weight yarn such as a smooth bamboo or other plain texture held together could be substituted for all projects.
Notions:
US size 5 (3.75mm) needles used for all knitted cozies
Cable needle
Assorted buttons, approximately 3/4” to 1” in diameter. See each pattern for required size
Gauge: 20 sts and 28 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch.
Abbreviations:
CO = cast on
RS = right side
WS = wrong side
K = knit
P = purl
SL = slip
KTBL = knit through back loop.
K3TBL = knit 3 stitches by going through the back loop
K2TBL = knit 2 stitches by going through the back loop
YO = yarn over
K2tog = knit 2 stitches together
SKP = Slip 1 stitch as if to kit, knit 1 stitch, pass slipped stitch over. C6F = Place 3 sts on cable needle and leave at front of work, k3, then k3 from cable needle
C6B = Place 3 sts on cable needle and leave at back of work, k3, then k3 from cable needle
