Enjoy my newest creation the Lizzie cowl.
Knitted in the round starting with a pretty cable pattern in the bottom border, moving to simple purl knit stitches creating sort of an hourglass pattern in the middle portion of the cowl, to the final seed stitch edge.
The diameter is 25“ at its widest, the height is 8“.
The pattern is fully written and has a chart for the cable border.
Knit kits include:
- 1 Bambon skein, 154 yards in DK weight. The blend is a lovely bamboo and cotton mix with great stitch definition.
- The printed and emailed pattern.
- All packaged in a convenient project bag.
Notions used:
- US size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needle 16" (41 cm) in length
- 1 Stitch marker
- Cable needle
- Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing
Gauge: 8 sts and 12 rows in 2" of Stockinette stitch
Techniques used: Knitting, purling, knitting in the round, cable knitting, binding off and blocking.
