I created this pretty choker to go with the "Marry me" shawl for a casual wedding. It is fully adjustable in length. Small accessories are always fun to knit in between bigger projects, plus they really pull a look together and make great gifts too.
This necklace is knitted sideways and flat in a simple yet beautiful lace pattern, finished off with a cool I-cord and pretty beads. A how to video link is included as well as a photo tutorial for the I-cord and the finishing.
Written pattern, charted lace plus a photo tutorial.
The knit kit includes: The crisp yarn with enough extra yardage to add a few more repeats in a Linen/Viscose blend that gives your piece great structure as well as the beads and the pattern.
Notions needed: US size 0 (2mm) needle, double pointed or short circular. Darning needle
Gauge: 3 pattern repeats give you: 2.8” in height and 2.2” in width, unblocked.
Level of Expertise: Intermediate
Techniques: Knitting, purling, lace, I-cord knitting, stringing beads, minimal seaming
Tech edited and test knitted.
