Each cuff is held together with a stylish charcoal color carbon screw. The small size cuff for those thinner shawls comes with a shank is shorter than the middle sized and the large one is longer than the middle size to allow for more space in between, thicker shawls in effect.
The actual length including the hardware measures for the small size 2.5", medium 3.5", large 4". Only the pattern in the small cuffs runs in a different orientation than the larger ones.
